Strategy and Mergers Analyst

Position: Analyst in Strategy and Mergers Consulting

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Analyst in Strategy and Mergers Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a global team of consultants and Fortune 100 clients to comprehend their vision and develop inorganic and growth strategies.
  • Gain exposure to working with global clients across various industries such as automotive, TMT, industrials, manufacturing, financial services, private equity, etc.
  • Synthesize key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidating information sources, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, presenting interpretations to the project team, and providing recommendations to global clientele.
  • Develop corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies. Conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A targets.
  • Effectively communicate with senior leadership and clients by participating in firm building initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A genuine interest in building a career in Strategy and Mergers Consulting.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills (fluent in PowerPoint and Excel). Ability to conduct thorough market research on S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and other platforms.
  • Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Enterprising and collaborative professionals with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Exposure to international client geographies (North America/Western Europe/Asia-Pacific & Japan) is highly valued.
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses, Big 4, boutique consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development background is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India.
