Key Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow key client relationships in the software services domain.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, client engagement, and revenue growth within IT services.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand business within existing accounts and identify new opportunities.

- Work closely with the sales team to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are successfully executed.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address concerns, ensuring high retention rates.

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in account management or sales within software services/IT solutions.

- Proven ability to manage large accounts and drive revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and technology solutions.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
