Expert Learning Development Opportunities

About the Opportunity:

We're seeking skilled professionals to collaborate on delivering comprehensive digital learning programs. Engagements are contract-based, remote-friendly, and cross-functional.

Key Highlights:

Language Requirements:

English (professional proficiency) required; French and/or German strongly preferred. Indicate your proficiency level (e.g., CEFR B2/C1/C2).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Instructional Designers: Create engaging courses with accessibility and localization features (CPLP/APTD/CELP/ATD a plus)
  2. Project Managers: Oversee multi-workstream planning, stakeholder communication, budgets, and risks
  3. eLearning Developers – Articulate Storyline (ASL): Develop SCORM/xAPI templates, interactions, and responsive UIs
  4. HTML5 Learning Developers: Craft responsive UIs, JS/CSS, LMS compatibility, WCAG 2.1 compliance
  5. Learning Technologists: Leverage AR/VR, serious games, and hybrid classrooms (X2O/OneRoom)
  6. Simulation Design & Delivery: Utilize ModuloPi, Laerdal SimCapture, CAE LearningSpace for scenario creation and facilitation
  7. Serious Games Designers & Devs: Combine pedagogy and game mechanics for meaningful learning experiences
  8. Data & Evaluation Analysts: Apply Power BI, Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo for data-driven insights
  9. Accessibility & QA: Ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance, content, navigation, multimedia checks
