Process Excellence Manager

This role oversees the efficient functioning of processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating performance reports through data collection, analysis, and summarization.
  • Maintaining consistently high performance levels across critical metrics.
  • Leading client/vendor reviews and calibrations to optimize business outcomes.
  • Addressing routine issues with clients/vendors and providing innovative solutions to enhance internal metrics.
  • Overseeing multiple teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conducting audits and quality checks on team leads and floor supports to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Providing regular feedback to team leads and floor supports on their performance and progress towards goals.
  • Ensuring ongoing process re-verification and resource pool optimization to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Identifying training needs for teams and implementing targeted development programs.
  • Implementing bottom quartile management strategies to drive performance improvement.
  • Communicating senior leadership directives effectively and ensuring timely action.
  • Facilitating regular meetings, task delegation, and issue review to drive team productivity.
  • Leading team huddles and discussions to share operational updates and address concerns.
  • Fostering team spirit through group activities and projects to promote a positive work environment.
  • Developing career maps and guiding team members to enhance staff retention.
  • Advocating and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring information security compliance and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Delivering high-quality results within established timelines to meet client expectations.
