We value the principles of E.A.R.T.H. and celebrate individuality. We're seeking an experienced professional with 3-12 years of industry experience to join our team as a BIM Engineer/Lead/Modeler.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks, along with experience in clash coordination tools like BIMTRACK, BIM 360 issues, and Revitzo. Familiarity with common data environments such as BLUEBEAM, BIM 360, Dropbox, and ProjectWise is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Modelling electrical & extra low voltage (ELV) services
  • Electrical circuiting, wiring, panel/DB schedule preparation
  • Preparation of shaft co-ordination drawings for electrical services
  • Preparation of RCP layout drawings for MEP services
  • Preparation of electrical room's section detail drawings
  • Preparation of containment detail drawing with co-ordination of mechanical & plumbing services
  • Preparation of builders work drawings for electrical services and co-ordination with mechanical & plumbing services
  • Experience with architectural, structural & MEPF clash co-ordination
  • Basic knowledge of project phases & deliverables requirements against each project stage
  • Experience in electrical drawing creation/documentation
  • Experience in electrical equipment & services hanger support modeling
  • Experience of working on fabrication models, shop drawings, builder's work drawings, and spool drawings
  • Experience in review and QA/QC of 3D models, drawings, etc.
  • Experience in parametric Revit family creation
  • Experience in BOQ & quantity take-offs
