Technical Project Manager Job Description

The Talogy Tech Ops PMO team is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project management for client implementations. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects that meet customer needs and expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Talogy solutions and platforms.
  • Develop project scope plans and documentation with clients and colleagues.
  • Lead or facilitate planning sessions to define task sequencing and interdependencies.
  • Create, communicate, and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Prepare project reports for status meetings.
  • Identify, track, and communicate on project-related issues and changes.
  • Monitor workflows and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Act as liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure project plans meet SLAs and KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management is required.
  • Project management education or certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in web-based project management software, such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Demonstrable evidence of collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
