We are seeking a highly skilled mathematical professional to support the development and execution of complex mathematical models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and execute simulation code to analyze mathematical data and optimize model performance.
  • Review mathematical formulas and information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop, review, and execute test plans and scripts for verifying mathematical data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Submit and track any issues found during verification to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Utilize required databases for quality assurance and testing, and provide input to the weekly project status report for each assigned project.
  • Provide detailed completion reports at the end of each project, and interface with development members to communicate and resolve issues in a timely manner before product release.
  • Have an advanced understanding of software test methodologies/procedures and the overall product development lifecycle, and be able to reproduce issues when necessary to assist software development in resolving issues.
  • Be responsible for project escalations for each assigned project, and have excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge or experience with mathematical fundamentals (statistics and probability), and proficiency with analytical and logical skills.
  • Knowledge or experience with C/C++/C# programming, and knowledge or experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge or experience with Python or other shell scripting languages (a plus), and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with other team members, and ability to work with limited supervision.
