Job Description

A leader in Agile practices, you will facilitate team events and processes to support teams in meeting delivery goals and delivering value.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with leads to allocate resources, manage stakeholder expectations, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and optimize SAFe methodology within teams, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Manage dependencies and risks between teams, briefing teams on upcoming features, and preparing for PI planning.
  • Eliminate bottlenecks, delays, and waste, and support RTEs in executing planning increments and PIs.
Facilitation, Coaching, and Leadership
  • Facilitate team ceremonies like backlog refinement, sprint planning, team sync reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Measure and improve team performance through clearly defined metrics, and coach team members in Lean-Agile practices, mindset, and execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members, actively driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate the vision, goals, and progress to the team, fostering a culture of responsibility and ownership, and developing high team morale and cohesion.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years as a Scrum leader in a SAFe environment or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices, technical awareness, and good domain knowledge.
  • Good facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of Agile tools and metrics tracking.
  • Ability to motivate teams, think beyond day-to-day activities, apply system thinking, and participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.
