Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic relationships with government organizations, project management consultants, and design architects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create project prospect bandwidth/pipeline for various infrastructure and building projects for specification empanelment of products.
  • Identify prospective clients, map their requirements, and conduct technical presentations for new customer acquisitions.
  • Promote blended cement in key projects and create opportunities for high-contribution products.
  • Provide solutions to customers by fine-tuning mix designs.
  • Conduct mix-design trials for product approval across prospective customers and projects.
  • Obtain product approvals at major project sites through trials at site and third-party labs.
  • Resolve quality complaints and optimize concrete trials for customer retention.

The ideal candidate will have experience in RMC, Concrete, Admixtures, and Construction Chemicals. A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering would be beneficial for this role.

  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
  • Should have knowledge of RMC, Concrete, Admixtures, and Construction Chemicals.
