Job Overview:

Contact Center Solution Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to design, implement and manage contact center solutions utilizing Genesys Cloud technology.

About the Role:
  • Design and engineering functions – Collaborate with suppliers to establish and document standards and blueprints. Ensure new functionality aligns with established standards and blueprints.
  • Operations and maintenance – Work with suppliers to manage operational runs, enhancements, and platform changes. Support operational functions including change, problem, and incident management.
  • Supplier Management – Monitor and manage the delivery of services provided by suppliers to ensure they meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal IT stakeholders to support integrations, governance processes, and architecture/design.

This role requires a strong understanding of contact center operations and extensive experience working with Genesys Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement contact center solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Manage operational runs, enhancements, and platform changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Skills:
  • Proficient in Genesys Cloud tools, including Architect, Agent Scripter, and CLI.
  • Experience with JSON, RegEx, and restful API/web services.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
