Senior Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead projects in our Chemicals and Materials practice. This is a six-month contractual position that requires expertise in market assessment, entry analysis, and distribution channel analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scope, scheduling, budget, and client deliverables with senior management
  • Guide research efforts of individuals conducting research, and write reports
  • Oversee staff performance for successful completion of studies
  • Maintain content and quality of studies
  • Write/review reports for proprietary studies
  • Conduct analysis, develop appraisal, and recommendations with project team, preparing presentations and documentation
  • Presentation of findings to clients
  • Primary interviews for critical insights and information
  • Practice growth and development
  • Proposal development with Director and VP, including scope, scheduling, budget, and client deliverables
  • Client relationships
  • Business development meetings and presentations
  • Project deliverable enhancements and work processes
  • Junior staff development
  • At least ten years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry
  • Experience developing, managing, presenting project results to senior management
  • Ability to work independently/multinational teams
  • Analytical, communication, presentation, facilitation skills
  • Team management, mentoring, motivation for results meeting/exceeding client expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical), or related field; MBA plus
  • Organization, deadline management
  • Foreign language skills
  • Good oral/written English language skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
