Technical Lead

Are you a seasoned software engineer with a passion for leading high-performing engineering teams? We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the development and execution of our SaaS platform's technical roadmap, aligning it with our business goals.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing the entire development lifecycle, including sprint planning, bug tracking, and impact analysis. You'll ensure the smooth integration of payment gateways and APIs into our platform, while championing a full-stack development culture that fosters collaboration between front-end and back-end engineers.

Additionally, you'll design and manage scalable and fault-tolerant architectures, including load balancing solutions, and build and manage a high-performing engineering team that embodies a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT
  • At least 10-12 years of relevant industry experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with MongoDB, ReactJS, and NodeJS
  • 5+ years of experience in web development, leading a team, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience with AWS setup is a must, as all projects are deployed on AWS servers
  • Ability to follow Agile processes and create complete project scopes, sprints, and distribute them with the team
