Job Overview
">- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Placement Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and maintain strong employer partnerships to generate employment opportunities for students and alumni.
- Collaborate with Career Planning services to promote job planning and career development initiatives.
- Assist students in all aspects of the job search process, including resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job referrals.
- Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
- Orient students and alumni to Career Planning's online career management system (CSO).
- Coordinate and organize on-campus events, such as the annual Career and Internship job fair.
- Recruit students from all curriculum areas for the Cooperative Work Experience program.
- Participate in professional development seminars and training opportunities.
