Our organization is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance, legal, and commercial functions.

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in investor relations, IPO readiness, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to achieve accurate results.
  • Optimize capital allocation to support expansion projects and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and risk frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent.
  • At least 12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in the services sector.
  • Proven expertise in investor relations and IPO readiness.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, legal compliance, risk management, and regulations.
