We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in process optimization and supplier negotiations to join our team. This position is ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual with a background in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.

The selected candidate will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to process improvements, production efficiency, and supply chain management. Key responsibilities include vendor search and development, negotiating with suppliers, setting up manufacturing processes, procurement of raw materials, implementation of ERP systems, business operations, inventory management, and rapid R&D prototyping.

Requirements include the ability to independently navigate challenges, a proactive attitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.

  • Vendor Search and Development: Identify and develop relationships with reliable vendors to optimize material costs and improve quality.
  • Negotiations with Suppliers: Engage in effective negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible deals and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Manufacturing Process Setup: Establish efficient manufacturing processes at contract manufacturers' locations to ensure high-quality products and meet customer demands.
  • Procurement of Raw Materials: Source and procure high-quality raw materials and semi-finished goods for lifestyle products.
  • ERP Implementation: Oversee the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to elevate visibility and streamline workflows.
  • Business Operations: Manage business operations, including certifications, pricing, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Rapid R&D Prototyping: Execute rapid research and development (R&D) prototyping to reduce lead times for new component designs and improve agility and speed to market.
