**Senior Technical Leader – Oracle ERP Finance Solutions**

We are seeking a highly experienced senior technical leader to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle ERP Finance solutions. As a key member of our Global ERP Engineering team, you will bring deep expertise in General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and EPM integration to ensure alignment with enterprise finance transformation standards.

You will define reusable patterns, influence solution architecture, and mentor peers to raise the overall capability of the team. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of Oracle ERP/EPM experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to set direction and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities include leading multi-phase ERP/EPM implementations, defining solution architecture patterns, and providing architectural oversight for data flows and reconciliations.

  • Lead design and delivery of Oracle Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting processes, including rules for Cash Management, Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets.
  • Define and enforce solution architecture patterns for ERP–EPM integrations covering FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS.
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to align technology capabilities with close, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
  • Provide architectural oversight for data flows, reconciliations, EDMCS governance, and reporting across ERP and EPM.
