Job Title: High-Performance Finance Developer

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with expertise in designing, developing, and supporting high-performance applications using the OneStream XF platform. This individual will collaborate with finance and business teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement complex financial models, dashboards, and workflows using the OneStream XF platform.
  • Customize and configure business rules, cube views, and integrations to support finance processes and system design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ensure best practices in performance, security, and system design to support high-growth environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in EPM/CPM tools; minimum 2 years in OneStream.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles (FP&A, consolidation, budgeting).
  • Proficiency in VB.NET scripting within OneStream.
  • Experience with cube design, dimensional modeling, and metadata management.
  • Integration knowledge (REST APIs, flat files, SQL, ERP systems).
