Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services, providing customer support, and maintaining customer relationships.

This role also involves managing customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Additional tasks include updating customer databases, following up on leads, and providing training to new team members as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members
  • Prior experience in a telesales or related role is beneficial
