Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Manager to join our team.

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To create a community environment that fosters collaboration among members, organize events to promote member interaction, and develop strategies to improve member satisfaction levels.
  • To work closely with local businesses to plan and execute engagement events that benefit the community.
  • To ensure the front desk is always staffed by a community team member, representing the face of our center at all times.
  • To conceptualize and execute community initiatives such as events that help build relationships between members.
  • To introduce new members to our existing community of members, ensuring a smooth transition into our network.
  • To manage billing and check-in/check-out processes for hourly or day-pass members.
  • To conduct tours for potential new members and provide exceptional customer service to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • To proactively gather data on members' business objectives and identify services that could help other members achieve their goals.
  • To supervise in-building events and ensure compliance with house rules, escalating any issues that may arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ Years
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree
