Role Overview:

  • The Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of high-power small cell sites and CTA sites, which are classified as challenging sites within their respective circles.

This includes ensuring compliance with statutory and other regulations, managing agreements with vendors, acquiring lean/low-rental sites and stores, negotiating rent reductions for existing sites and stores, delivering new sites against targets, and upgrading existing site infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient in managing cross-functional teams, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure Statutory Compliance: Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements for all sites, including health and safety, environmental, and security standards.
  2. Agreement Renewal and Vendor Management: Manage the renewal of agreements with vendors, ensure timely payment, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Aquisition of Lean/Low-Rental Sites and Stores: Identify and acquire sites that meet the company's criteria for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Rent Reduction of Existing Sites and Stores: Negotiate with landlords to reduce rent for existing sites and stores, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  5. New Site Delivery: Deliver new sites on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  6. Support Site Upgrades: Collaborate with internal teams to upgrade existing site infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  7. Early Harvest of Home Passes: Identify opportunities to accelerate the rollout of home passes, improving customer experience and reducing costs.
