About the Role

At PepsiCo, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Market Analysis Lead to join our R&D team in Hyderabad. This role will lead the technical market analysis capability and serve as a central access point to in-market R&D teams for the provision of accurate and relevant research outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for R&D market analysis delivery to in-market R&D teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely execution of projects.
  • Engage with in-market R&D leads in scoping initial problems and defining key questions to frame up research, utilizing advanced analytical skills to discover insights that guide strategic decisions.
  • Participate in required GBS governance meetings and provide reports on KPIs and SLAs as needed, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all requests are processed, documented, and delivered within defined SLAs, leveraging experience working in large global CPG companies to understand performance outputs and measures.
  • Cross-reference industry insights to shape research content, driving innovative solutions and business outcomes.
  • Lead team development of competitor assessments and benchmarking industry profiles, incorporating knowledge of market research and analysis tools such as Statista, Mintel, Factiva, Euromonitor, Knovel, and others.
  • Manage team workload and provide subject matter or market-specific expertise to support daily execution of high-complexity research activities, identifying gaps in research or expected outcomes and actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
About You
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Pharma, or any other science field is required; a Master's degree is preferred (MBA, MLS, MLIS, or any other science field).
  • You possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Prior experience working in a global shared services environment and supervisory workstream management skills are highly desirable.
  • You have a proven track record of building high-performing and highly engaged teams, standing up R&D capabilities, and driving process improvements and employee upskilling.
What We Offer
