Yield Analysis Lead

We are searching for a Yield Analysis (YA) Engineer Lead in India to provide analysis results, key feedback, and automation and analytics solutions for yield improvement activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of engineers to review and analyze experimental data looking for device performance shifts
  • Collaborating with Technology Development yield analysis groups in Japan and US to develop new tools for data analysis and implement machine learning techniques
  • Developing new techniques and identifying creative and innovative ways to use existing analysis tools to identify relevant process issues
  • Mentoring engineers to develop skills and capabilities in project management
  • Conducting performance management by creating objectives and tracking leading indicators
  • Maintaining efficient and effective allocation of resources to ensure optimal performance of the team

Successful candidates for this position will have:

  • Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in leading multi-functional teams to successful resolution of complex problems
  • Proficient data analysis and statistical techniques skills
  • Knowledge in device physics, CMOS operation, and understanding of memory cell operation
  • Ability to lead by example in demonstrating Micron values and leadership competencies
  • Consistent record of leading successful projects while mentoring, coaching, and effectively developing other engineers
  • Programming skills, including Python or R, and SQL

Requirements:

Minimum experience as a Senior Engineer or Engineer Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience in semiconductor. Master's or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of industry-related experience in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or related field.
