Global Staffing Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a professional to deliver staffing solutions across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with clients to provide accurate and timely staffing services.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors for high fill rates (90%+) and reduced time-to-hire cycles.
- Manage the consultant lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, engagement, extension, separation, and redeployment.
- Evaluate compliance with contracts, documentation, and labor laws across different regions.
- Act as liaison between consultants, client stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Monitor and report performance metrics such as:
- Improved time-to-hire rates.
- Enhanced utilization levels (85–90%+).
- Increased redeployment success rates.
- Higher retention levels.
- 5-8 years of experience in staff augmentation with exposure to APAC, US, and EMEA markets.
- A proven track record of success in reducing average time-to-hire cycles, driving high utilization and redeployment metrics, and managing multi-regional staffing programs.
- Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing firms is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/HR specialization is advantageous.
