Job Title:

Oracle Database Specialist

BONbLOC Technologies is a dynamic and fast-growing software services company with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Specialist to join our team and help drive our growth strategy.

  • Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle server software and related products.
  • Monitor application-related products like OACore, OAFM, Apache, etc.
  • Establish and maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures.
  • Design and implement databases.
  • Maintain database security by creating and maintaining users and roles, assigning privileges.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to provide 24/7 support when required.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and provide consultation to development teams.
  • Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support.
  • Patch management and version control.
  • Database and application tuning and performance monitoring.
  • Cloning DEV and TEST environments from PROD.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 and applications knowledge in Supply Chain and Financials.
  • Experience with Oracle Database release 12.1.0.2 through 19c.
  • Demtran Administration expertise.
  • Knowledge of Exadata and Data Guard.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL and Linux scripts.
  • Oracle Access Manager integration with EBS and Demtran (a plus).
  • General database skills.
  • Knowledge in DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle GoldenGate is a plus.
