Baby Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Baby Support Specialist. This role is responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships, listening, empathizing, and helping customers achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written English communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition.
In this role, you will manage incoming chats and emails, handle follow-up conversations, resolve customer issues related to business growth, billing, and account satisfaction, and demonstrate the value of Cradlewise to our customers through exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving and recording customer issues related to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction
- Providing amazing customer support every day to demonstrate the value of Cradlewise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field (preferred)
- Multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional written English communication skills
- A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition
- The ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet
- The ability to stay calm under stressful customer interactions
- Flexibility to adapt to a growing and evolving company
- An eye for detail
- Knowledge of CRM (a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience
