Identity Management Expert

Transform your career in the field of identity management by joining our organization as a Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Specialist. We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to manage and enhance our identity lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain identity synchronization solutions using MIM 2016.
  2. Configure and manage Management Agents (MAs), synchronization rules, and workflows.
  3. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, synchronization, and access policies.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  6. Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of MIM components.
  7. Document processes, configurations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016.
  • Deep understanding of the Sync Engine, including metaverse and connector space.
  • Experience with FIM/MIM Service, including portal configuration, workflows, and schema extensions.
  • Powershell scripting (junior to intermediate level).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and SQL Server.
  • Basic understanding of RBAC, group management, and access control policies.
