Customer Service Trainer Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Trainer to join our organization.

  • Develop process notes and training content, including workbooks and assessments.
  • Conduct TNA (trained need analysis) to understand the knowledge gap and design modules to address it.
  • Train all new hires and prepare them for their role.
  • Own critical KPIs for the first 45 days.
  • Identify critical issues in the process and take ownership of bridging the gap.
  • Develop individual improvement plans and train non-performers.
  • Frequently audit customer interactions and develop short training materials to address key issues.
  • Ensure every employee understands new processes or changes.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Roll out process changes and related communications.
  • Own the Knowledge Base and ensure it's always relevant.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in training delivery with a focus on customer service.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in classroom, online, and blended training delivery.
  • Practical implementation experience of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Proficient in giving structured performance feedback.
  • Experience working on cross-organizational projects that improved customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
