Digital Marketing Strategist

As a seasoned digital marketing expert, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across multiple platforms. You will develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies to drive ecommerce revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on various platforms, including Google and Meta.
- Analyse performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, social media, and email, to drive integrated results.
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimise creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Develop and pitch strategic plans for budget reallocation and scaling.
- 6–9 years of experience in performance marketing at an agency focused on e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing high-value ad spends, exceeding $5,000 monthly per client.
- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of ROAS, margins, and funnel bottlenecks.
- Proficiency in Paid Ads, attribution tools, and AI-powered ad copy and audience research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think beyond click-through rates (CTR).
- Scaling accounts from $5,000/month to $20,000/month while maintaining profitability.
- Reducing CAC without compromising conversions.
- Driving campaign insights that impact business outcomes.
