Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Business Strategy Lead to join our global team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business excellence and delivering exceptional results.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the deployment and adoption of our global operational framework across regions or verticals. This will involve working closely with regional teams to validate data collection and reporting for operational metrics, as well as analyzing data to provide insights for localized improvements.

You will also be responsible for identifying operational weaknesses and opportunities for improvement through performance data analysis, developing targeted strategies to address performance gaps, and implementing corrective actions with local leadership.

In addition, you will audit customer contracts for commercial term compliance, assess risk related to client Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, and collaborate with Sales, Solution Design, and Commercial Pricing teams.

As a key stakeholder collaboration and reporting specialist, you will act as a primary point of contact for regional stakeholders on operational excellence initiatives, prepare and present performance reports and dashboards, and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.

Requirements
  • Several years of experience in recruitment, operational excellence, business analysis, or performance management within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex data analysis and interpretation.
  • Understanding of commercial contracts and their impact on business performance.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to improvement.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic global environment.
