Job Title:

Practice Lead/Solution Architect

Role Overview:

We seek a seasoned Practice Lead/Solution Architect to specialize in Optimizely Configured Commerce. This role demands leadership, solutioning, capability building, and practice growth for cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery and solutioning for Optimizely Commerce Cloud solutions.
  • Manage technical teams and ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, coding, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
  • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring and optimization.
  • Stay current with Optimizely product updates and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover insights and improve ROI.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to developers and engineers.
  • Participate in discovery/requirements workshops to design optimal solutions.
  • Drive pre-sales activities including proposals, demos, and showcasing capabilities.
  • Build team capability, foster continuous learning, and drive certifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of strong technical industry experience.
  • 8+ years in technical leadership roles, including 2+ years with Optimizely Commerce Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C commerce domains.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Optimizely certifications (Developer or Architect).
  • Experience with headless commerce and composable architecture.
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and A/B testing tools.
  • Exposure to frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
