Enterprise Data Governance Specialist

This is a strategic role that will play a key part in shaping the future of our data governance initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of data governance policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data governance, with a strong understanding of data management concepts and principles. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data governance initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective data governance practices.
  • Provide training and support to staff on data governance best practices.
  • Monitor and report on data governance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data governance, with a strong understanding of data management concepts and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
