We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in handling visa processes for international travel and group departures. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, and be passionate about the travel industry.

Responsibilities
- Collect and verify documents required for visa applications.
- Ensure accurate completion and submission of visa forms and paperwork on time.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa agencies for application updates.
- Monitor and report on visa application status to clients.

Communication and Collaboration
Communicate effectively with clients to explain visa requirements and processes. Provide guidance on document preparation, submission timelines, and best practices. Respond promptly to client inquiries related to visa applications. Maintain detailed records of visa applications and transactions, and prepare periodic reports on application status, delays, or issues.

Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks under deadlines. Basic understanding of visa processes for major international destinations is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and collaborate within a team environment.
