We're currently seeking a Cloud-based Human Capital Management Specialist to join our team at Wipro. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design, configure, and implement cloud-based HCM solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM. Your expertise in multiple modules, including Core HR and Compensation, will enable you to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
About the Role:
As a Cloud-based Human Capital Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for clients
- Leveraging expertise in multiple HCM modules, including Core HR and Compensation
- Leading implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Fostering strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on the Compensation module
- Proven expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end HCM solutions
- Experience working with clients in a consultative capacity
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
