Senior Interior Designer & Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior Interior Designer & Sales professional to join our organization. As a Business Manager - Design, you will be responsible for managing the designing process for multiple projects on a monthly basis.

  • Lead a team of designers in creating innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Manage the designing of 12-15 projects per month, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
  • Drive customer experience and relationship management, focusing on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train designers on technical details and lead design discussions to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager, preferably in residential or commercial interior design.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of designers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management.
  • Experience in leading and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
