Job Overview

As a seasoned AI expert, we are seeking a professional to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions that elevate product development workflows, engineering services, and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy AI models that drive business value.
  • Ensure model transparency and interpretability while guaranteeing regular updates.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess datasets for modeling purposes.
  • Manage large-scale structured and unstructured datasets for AI modeling.
  • Apply AI to improve hardware verification, software testing, and security checking.
  • Automate processes in account marketing, CRM, and organizational workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into production systems.
  • Deploy models into real-world environments with emphasis on scalability and reliability.
  • Monitor performance, retrain, and refine models as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 6+ years in engineering (software, hardware, or systems).
  • At least 3 years in AI/ML, with hands-on experience in model development, training, and deployment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong programming ability (Python, Java, or R).
  • Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face).
  • Solid knowledge of data science practices: feature engineering, training/testing pipelines, evaluation metrics.
  • Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, and/or generative AI.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
  • Other Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience ensuring fairness, transparency, and explainability in AI systems.
  • Background in applying AI to engineering-heavy environments (e.g., hardware verification or testing).
  • Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or published papers.
