Job Title: Urban Growth Manager

Location: Multiple Cities Across India

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our urban growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to acquire new merchants, retailers from various segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing acquisition strategies for merchants and retailers
  • Sourcing, generating and closing new acquisition leads
  • Managing a team of direct sales professionals
  • Coaching and mentoring team members on acquisition and relationship management
  • Planning and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility
  • Traveling across cities to develop markets
  • Achieving sales targets
