Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Reservation Specialist to support our short-term vacation rental business.

This is a remote position requiring excellent communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Key Competencies:
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Required skills include excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and ability to effectively communicate. Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
