Position Summary:

This position is based in Ahmedabad. As an International Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for designing a customized travel package, managing travel bookings, and providing top-notch service to our clients. You will leverage your expertise in international travel to offer tailored advice, book flights, accommodations, and activities, and ensure that every trip exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create Customized Travel Itineraries:
    Design and organize comprehensive travel plans, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities for international destinations.
  2. Handle Travel Bookings:
    Make accurate reservations for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services, ensuring timely confirmations.
  3. Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
    Develop strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and post-travel follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Coordinate with Travel Partners:
    Work with hotels, tour operators, and other partners to secure competitive rates and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.
  5. Multitask and Prioritize Tasks:
    Manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  6. Knowledge of Travel Destinations:
    Possess a deep understanding of diverse destinations, cultures, and local regulations to guide client decisions.
  7. Maintain Supplier Relationships:
    Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experiences of 5-8 years as an International Holidays Consultant or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Familiarity with travel industry trends and best practices.
