Partner Marketing Manager Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the marketing funds claiming process for partner programs, ensuring compliance and providing support to the marketing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track expenses, funding types by country, and ensure timely claims submission.
  • Verify Proof of Performance for compliance, including itemized receipts and partner representative information.
  • File claims in multiple partner portals and track approvals, payments, and rejections.
  • Tie payments to project milestones and reconcile differences as needed.
  • Assist the field marketing team with tracking and processing activities associated with client events.
  • Closely monitor projects and perform monthly accounting functions, including account reconciliation and allocations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with partner funding, finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, financial knowledge, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records.
