Recruin Seeks Web3 Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Web3 Marketing Strategist to join our team at Recruin.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to position our client as a leader in the Web3 space. This includes owning the voice of the company across social media platforms, driving community engagement, and creating witty, engaging, and viral content to build our presence in the DeFi and Web3 communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Ownership of Accounts: Manage and grow our Twitter accounts along with other social media platforms.
    • Shitposting & Engagement: Create engaging content to build our presence in the DeFi and Web3 communities.
    • Content Calendar: Develop and execute a dynamic content calendar.
    • Community Interaction: Monitor trends and engage with the broader crypto community.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Campaign Development: Plan and execute creative campaigns to increase user adoption and build brand awareness.
    • Brand Positioning: Define and evolve unique voice.
    • Analytics: Measure and analyze campaign performance.
  • Content Creation:
    • DeFi Education: Break down complex DeFi concepts into digestible content.
    • Storytelling: Highlight milestones, partnerships, and product features in a compelling way.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or community management, preferably in the crypto or tech space.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of DeFi, crypto, and blockchain technologies.
  • Writing Talent: Exceptional written communication skills with a flair for humor and creativity.
  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy.
