The Role

This position is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted machinery performance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire maintenance function of the plant, including mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. They will implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and improve asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Monitor daily maintenance activities and coordinate quick response for breakdowns or emergencies.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Plan and supervise maintenance schedules in alignment with production timelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Production, Quality, and EHS to meet operational and compliance goals.
  • Maintain proper documentation of equipment history, maintenance logs, and compliance records.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime and reduce costs.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, with at least 5 years in the corrugated box manufacturing industry.

Your Qualifications

You have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. You are able to implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
