Compliance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Director to oversee and manage regional quality events deviations, root cause analysis, CAPA development and implementation, effectiveness check tracking, and non-compliance reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage regional quality events, including identification of root causes, development and implementation of corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness.
  • Foster collaboration with Quality Assurance to ensure audit scopes and clinical trial delivery participation.
  • Lead global teams and provide strategic guidance on compliance management.
Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and deep knowledge of drug development from research through commercialization.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to make complex decisions.
  • 8 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research organization.

Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent required. Life Sciences preferred.

Behavioral Competencies and Skills:

  • Strategic thinking, planning, execution, and communication skills.
  • Global international experience required, including ability to collaborate with colleagues and staff in other locations.
