We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to lead the design, development, and scaling of our technology platforms powering pharma e-commerce supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the engineering vision and roadmap for supply chain platforms.
  • Drive architecture and design decisions ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and high availability.
  • Champion modern engineering practices – CI/CD, microservices, cloud-native systems, event-driven architecture.
About This Role

You will lead a team of engineering managers, architects, and developers. Key qualifications include 12–18 years in software engineering with at least 5+ years leading engineering organizations at scale.

Requirements
  • Proven success in ecommerce, logistics, or supply chain tech (experience in pharma/healthcare domain is a strong plus).
  • Hands-on expertise in distributed systems, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and APIs/integration platforms.
  • Strong track record of delivering large-scale platforms handling real-time data and high transaction volumes.
