Supply Chain Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director of Engineering to lead the design, development, and scale of our technology platforms powering pharma e-commerce supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years leading engineering organizations at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the engineering vision and roadmap for supply chain platforms.
  • Drive architecture and design decisions ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and high availability.
  • Champion modern engineering practices – CI/CD, microservices, cloud-native systems, event-driven architecture.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to design systems for procurement, vendor management, demand forecasting, warehouse automation, and delivery tracking.
Requirements:
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on expertise in distributed systems, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and APIs/integration platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
