Job Description

This is an operations-heavy role where you will have direct influence on how the business shapes up. You will be responsible for operational excellence in your set of cities. This involves selecting and training new partners and improving current partners' quality.

You will lead key growth tracks for the category, including projects focused on improving quality and service excellence, offerings, and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and robust execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • We need someone with 2-4 years of experience in an ops-related/consulting/strategy role.
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects – the ability to influence and lead.
