  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily shares transfer and demat operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of securities regulations, industry trends, and market developments.
  3. Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in shares transfer and demat operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
