Videography Specialist

We are seeking a Videographer with a strong sense of cinematic storytelling and technical expertise in video production to join our marketing team.

This role involves shooting, lighting, and producing various types of content for digital platforms such as YouTube.

• Shoot high-quality home-tour videos of completed homes and testimonial videos of customers.
• Capture official events held within the company.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative video concepts.
• Travel within the city for scheduled home-tour and testimonial shoots.
• Manage and maintain video equipment, lighting setups, and studio space.

• 2-3 years of proven experience in videography and lighting setup.
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, and lighting gear.
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro at a professional-intermediate level; After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator at an intermediate-basic level).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a creative, cinematic point of view.
• Flexibility to travel within the city for shoots.

• Experience in studio production (lighting, multi-camera setup, audio).
• Knowledge of social media video formats and trends.
• Basic understanding of color grading and motion graphics.
