SAP FICO/R2R Specialist: A Critical Role in Financial Operations

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO/R2R expert to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO R2R processes. This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless financial operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage month-end/year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions that meet business needs.
  • Integrate FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PS to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments to support business growth.
  • Support internal/external audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
  • Conduct UAT, training, and documentation for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition.
Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on R2R process is essential.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Financial Reporting, and Closing is required.
  • Experience in New GL, Document Splitting, and Parallel Ledger is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is necessary.
  • The ability to write and validate functional specifications is crucial.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
