Finance Solutions Expert

SAP CFIN Functional SME Role:

  • Design and implement SAP Central Finance solutions, integrating financial data from various systems.
  • Prioritize and manage change requests with business, enhancements, and project initiatives in a cost-effective manner.
  • Partner with application leads and business leaders to deliver value to the business.
  • Work independently on CFIN SAP FI projects with respect to SAP ECC, CFIN, and FSCM.
  • Experience with Middleware like Agora, BODS is required for successful implementation.
  • Expert-level understanding of finance processes, including period-end activities and budgeting.
  • Working experience in the process industry is essential for effective solution delivery.
  • Create comprehensive functional specifications and have knowledge of the project life cycle.
  • Implement end-to-end project life cycles with attention to detail.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a related field with excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Required Skills:

  • Expert-level understanding of all finance processes, including financial planning and analysis.
  • Working experience with Middleware like Agora, BODS is necessary for system integration.
  • Experience in the process industry is essential for delivering effective solutions.

Business Process Expertise:

  • Source To Pay (STP), Purchase To Pay (P2P), and Receive To Return (R2R) processes are critical in this role.
  • Integrate FICO with other SAP modules, such as CO & MM, SD for seamless financial operations.

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and General Ledger (GL).
  • SAP Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) modules.
  • Good understanding of interface technologies, including Idoc for smooth data exchange.

Certifications:

  • SAP cFIN certification is highly desirable.
  • S/4 HANA for Financial Accounting expertise is also beneficial.
