About the Role

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead and execute Quality Assurance (QA) activities on our Trading Platform, ensuring its functionality, performance, and stability across various environments. You will own and manage the QA lifecycle, including planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA activities on the Trading Platform, focusing on ensuring platform functionality, performance, and stability
  • Own and manage the QA lifecycle, including planning, test case development, execution, and defect management
  • Work closely with trading and IT teams to understand system requirements, user needs, and business processes
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools, including integration, regression, functional, and performance testing
  • Leverage knowledge of Endur to identify potential risks, assess system behavior, and ensure critical trading workflows are functioning correctly
  • Mentor junior QA team members, providing support for technical and non-technical issues
  • Define, implement, and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across all projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Endur experience
  • Extensive experience in QA within trading or financial platforms, with a focus on testing complex trading systems
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Endur or similar trading platforms
  • Experience in functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing within a complex trading environment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, with the ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in risk assessment and test planning for mission-critical applications
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
